Who we are

BintangBits Studio ("we", "us") makes and publishes mobile games, including Pickleball On. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our games, and what we do with it. Questions go to support@bintangbits.com.

This website

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Our games

Your game progress, such as unlocked players and settings, is saved on your device. We do not ask for your name, email or contacts to play.

Our games may show ads through Unity Ads, a service of Unity Technologies. To show and measure ads, Unity may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, device type, operating system, IP address and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent before ads are personalised. Unity's own policy explains how it uses this information: Unity privacy policy.

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation of what you bought.

We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how our games are played and to fix problems. These can collect technical information such as device model, operating system, game events and crash logs. We use this information in summary form to improve our games, not to identify you.

How we use information

We use information only to run and improve our games, show ads, answer support requests, and keep our services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can delete your game progress by uninstalling the game. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone's settings. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@bintangbits.com.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our games or services change, and change the date at the top.
